This is only an example or estimate.  How much you make will be determined by several factors but will be directly related to the number of tickets that you presale.  Presale is key!

You, the host, will decide the amount your tickets will sell for at your event.  For my example below, I will use $7.00 a ticket.

With a minimum plate requirement of 250 plates, I  was able to pre-sell 350 tickets.  This adds up to a total of $2,450.00 gross.  On the day of the event only 250 tickets were redeemed as Dine in customers, then the profit is as follows:

    Sale of Ticket is $7.00 x 350  =         $2,450.00
   Pay Waffles Unlimited $3.50 x 250 =     875.00
                                                                ------------
    Total PROFIT is ………………..    $ 1,575.00
     (all this in just 3 hours and we do most of the work)

Because we charge by the plate and not by the ticket, The Host is able to keep all of the $7.00 dollars from the 100 tickets that were sold and didn't show.
